Wendy Chow is the Head of Digital Technologies & Data Infrastructure at Invest Hong Kong, the government department that aims to attract and retain foreign direct investment which is of strategic importance to the economic development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Wendy received her B.A. and M.B.A degrees from The University of Hong Kong. She also completed an M.A. programme at University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Prior to joining Invest Hong Kong, she worked in the international market development division of a telecommunications company.
