Les Karpas is Global Head of Physical AI for NVIDIA Inception, where he leads engagement with the global startup ecosystem across robotics, automotive, manufacturing, mobility, smart cities and smart spaces.
He brings deep expertise in computer vision, digital manufacturing and robotics, with a career spanning architecture, manufacturing engineering, startup leadership, venture studios and corporate venture capital. Les has worked with and alongside organisations including Stanley Black & Decker (DeWalt), Intellectual Ventures, Herman Miller, iRobot and Cirque du Soleil, as well as artist Anish Kapoor.
With extensive experience taking emerging technologies from inception to market, Les is also the lead inventor on five issued patents.
