Dr. Franny Hsiao is a distinguished professional who has made significant contributions to the tech industry during her career with leading companies including IBM and Salesforce. With over two decades of experience, numerous ML patents and publications, Franny has established herself as a prominent figure in the field of artificial intelligence and data science. She has dedicated most of her career designing and developing AI solutions as well as advising customers on their AI strategy and digital transformation journeys.
Currently serving as a Distinguished AI Architect in the UKI, Franny’s role is the first of its kind across Salesforce globally, designed to enable customers and partners to harness the power of AI for personalised customer interactions and data-driven decision-making. Prior to joining Salesforce, she was the Chief Technical Strategist for AI/CTO at IBM Watson Health.
