Divyansh Saxena is a technology leader with 10+ years of experience spanning software engineering, AI, and innovation. As VP of AI & Data at HomeServe EMEA, he leads cross-functional teams building global, scalable financial products. More recently, he has focused on developing and productionising LLM–powered conversational AI agents that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement across multiple European markets.
A two-time start-up founder (including as part of Entrepreneur First) and seasoned engineering leader, Divyansh has overseen the design and deployment of cloud-native platforms and AI systems powering products used by millions of customers. He holds a Master’s in Machine Learning from Imperial College London, where he trained and built 30+ LLMs as part of his research on their robustness and behaviour under missing context conditions. He continues to advocate for practical, ethical, and business-aligned adoption of AI in enterprise environments.
