Biography

Deniz Çelikkaya is a Intelligence Systems Strategist whose work focuses on the emerging governance challenges posed by autonomous and semi-autonomous systems. With a background in law, and professional experience across AI risk, regulatory strategy, and venture creation, she examines how traditional legal and institutional structures must evolve in a world where intelligent systems increasingly influence human decisions, behaviours and opportunities.

She has founded and advised ventures operating in AI governance, synthetic data, sustainability and digital risk, and has worked with startups, public bodies and international organisations on designing frameworks for safety, accountability and human-centric performance. Her work bridges legal theory, behavioural science, system design and ethics — offering a holistic perspective on how we preserve cognitive autonomy, fairness and accountability in the age of machine intelligence. She writes and speaks on topics including algorithmic power, the future of human decision-making, cognitive forensics, governance architecture, and the societal implications of intelligence-driven systems.
