Andrew Dewdney is Head of Modern Methods of Construction at Kier Construction, where he leads the development and delivery of Kier’s MMC strategy. His role spans strategic supply-chain relationships, repeatable design solutions and the integration of modern construction methods across projects.
With a focus on continuous improvement, productivity and consistent delivery, Andrew works across technical support, pre-construction and business development to embed offsite, modular and industrialised approaches into Kier’s construction programmes. His work includes exploring how digitalisation, standardisation and innovative construction methods can improve the efficiency and delivery of major infrastructure and built-environment projects.
