Amit Nandi is Vice President of Solutions and Data & AI Architecture at Barclays, specialising in architecting and operationalising enterprise-scale AI systems. His work focuses on building the infrastructure, data and governance foundations required to move AI from experimentation into secure, scalable production environments.
With particular expertise in agentic AI, Amit explores the evolution from traditional MLOps through LLMOps to AgentOps, including how organisations can orchestrate autonomous agents, enterprise data and human oversight while maintaining appropriate governance and control.
