Jan Andreas Daske is Senior Director and Global AI & Industry Intelligence Lead at Swisslog GmbH (KUKA Group), where he sits within the Global Strategy, Portfolio & Marketing organization. His mandate spans AI strategy, market and competitive intelligence, product portfolio requirements, and supports the transformation of one of the world’s leading warehouse automation companies.
With close to 40 years of experience across logistics, supply chain, and industrial technology, Jan brings a combination of strategic depth and operational credibility to the AI and intelligent automation conversation. His career includes senior roles at Accenture Industry X / SALT Solutions (Go-to-Market Lead for Warehouse Automation & Robotics, GenAI Logistics Solutions), DB Schenker, and gedas/T-Systems (Volkswagen Group).
At Swisslog, Jan is spearheading the company’s shift toward a software-centric, AI-embedded business model – covering agentic AI architecture, Product AI integration, and the evolution to an Master Solution Integrator within the broader KUKA ecosystem. He is a regular speaker at European and international technology and supply chain events, and an active voice on the intersection of physical AI, robotics orchestration, and enterprise software strategy.
