Originally from central Italy, she holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University in Milan. She is currently Director of the Intelligent Business Process Automation Observatory and Senior Reserarcher at the Digital Innovation Observatories of the School of Management, Politecnico di Milano, which conduct research on digital innovation trends and support organizations in understanding the opportunities and implications of digital transformation through data, analysis, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Her work focuses on Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Process Automation. In her free time, she enjoys running and cycle touring.
